  • Customer Care: Surveyors ensure customers leave the scene safely, providing service with care and empathy at all times.

     2.Private Claims Services :

     We provide claims services for insured vehicles against third-party vehicles without insurance.

  • Damage assessments are conducted by experts to determine repair costs closely aligned with actual repair expenses.
  • The claim process ensures fair and reasonable repair costs for all parties involved.

     3.Insurance Claims Services :

     We handle claims with other insurance companies (counterpart companies) through the following process :

  1. Submit damage claim documents based on evidence provided by counterpart companies.
  2. Follow up on repair costs and claim documents within a defined timeframe.
  3. Receive claim documents from counterpart companies for liability assessments.
  4. Evaluate the counterpart company's responsibility based on evidence and approve the claim.
  5. Verify if the agreement between Dhipaya Insurance and the counterpart company includes a KFK agreement (Knock for Knock Agreement) to avoid mutual claims.

     4.Teleclaims Services :

     We offer online claim services through applications like LINE and Tip Flash Claim for a faster, more efficient digital claim process.

  • Customers can follow the steps outlined in the program, eliminating the need for an on-site surveyor.
  • This approach simplifies the claims process, making it ideal for the digital era.

     5.Price Control Services :

     We manage and control repair costs effectively :

  • Claims are received from Tip Teleclaims (Dry Claims with Garages).
  • Damage costs are verified based on damage certificates and entered into the EMCS system.
  • EMCS price controls are recorded in the ECF system, summarizing details for submission to Dhipaya Insurance to process operational fees.
